Appearance

The Shetland Sheepdog has a tough, balanced body and a lively appearance. It can be recognized by its flat skull with well-formed muzzle and dark, almond-shaped, black-rimmed eyes. He also typically has small pointed ears and a long-haired coat with solid, straight hair. This makes the coat easy to maintain. You just need to brush it regularly. The beautiful coat of the Sheltie is even sand color or black but can also be black and white. The coat also has a somewhat fuller collar and pants. This purebred dog weighs between 6 and 12 kg and grows to a maximum height of 35 cm.
